Wilfa Warranty Information

WILFA UK WARRANTY

If your Wilfa Product is not working as it should, we will quickly work through a process to get this resolved for you as best we can.

Send your warranty claim with the information requested below to sales@coffeegrynda.com

We like to ask you to provide the following information please:

1. Your order number with Grynda.
2. First name.
3. Last name.
4. Your contact telephone number.
5. Your email address.
6. Please confirm your current delivery address.
7. Description of the issue
8. A photo of the serial number on the underside of the unit.
9. Any additional photo(s) of the issue.
10. Some of your very best supporting video content demonstrating the issue with some narration too if possible please. This will be used as part of your ticket with Wilfa UK. If the file is too large for email then please feel free to use www.wetransfer.com.
 

Wilfa UK will also want confirmation that you have cleaned your product regularly as per manufacturers instructions to ensure that it is not compromised or obstructed in any way.

If you have purchased your Wilfa product from us then we will have your original purchase invoice on record and so we will include that as part of your warranty claim with WIlfa UK.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As of 01.09.2020, Wilfa branded products come with a 5-year warranty, starting from the day the product is purchased.

If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product from us then please proceed with a warranty claim, together with supporting information (description of issue, photos, video, etc).

If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product directly from Wilfa UK, please contact Wilfa UK directly.

This warranty only applies to products purchased and used in private households (non-commercial).

The warranty is void in commercial use as well as in the event of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa's instructions and by modification or unauthorised repair of the product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to use of incorrect electrical voltage, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or lack of maintenance, such as:

  • Product overload
  • Damage to glass
  • Release coating
  • Wear parts including filter, battery and other parts that must be replaced regularly
  • Scale build up; descaling must be carried out in accordance with the instructions for use

Presentation of your proof of purchase is proof of the guarantee. Please provide us with your original order number when submitting a claim.

If your machine was purchased before 01.09.2020, your warranty period will be as follows:

  • Wilfa Silver Precision Coffee Grinder WSCG-2 (1 year)
  • Wilfa Classic+ Coffee Maker - Black & Silver CMC-1550B & CMC-100S (1 year)
  • Wilfa Uniform Coffee Grinder, Silver WSFB-100S (5 years)
  • Wilfa Uniform+ Coffee Grinder, with Scale WSFBS-100B (5 years)
  • Wilfa Precision Aluminium Coffee Maker WSP-2A (5 years)

Wilfa’s 5-year warranty is applicable across all products in the Coffee and Kitchen range, including parts. Products including a motor in Wilfa’s Kitchen Range include an extended 10-year motor warranty:

  • Wilfa Probaker Stand Mixer
  • Wilfa Powerfuel XL Blender
  • Wilfa Powerfuel Digital Blender
